While school may have started months ago and Starbucks long ago brought back pumpkin spice everything, it doesn't really feel like fall in South Florida until the cooler breezes start blowing (don't they feel AMAZING?!) and our Northern friends start heading south.
It's almost here!! Season!

I've got a few new things lined up for you:
YOGA:
While I won't be teaching a weekly yoga classes, I'll be back at Zeal Yoga once a month with some special classes designed to bring a sense of ease to all bodies and levels of experience.
PILATES:
I've expanded my hours at Core Elements! Which means there's still a few appointment times available for season. If you haven't yet set your schedule, whether for private sessions or group classes, give me a call or send me an email.
If you're new to Pilates, now's the perfect time to get started!
GOLF:
How many of us enjoy time on the golf course but would enjoy it more if that ball went a little straighter or a little further? Or if we could get through a full round without feeling a strain in the back, hip, shoulder, etc? 🙋🏻♀️
With that goal in mind, I trained and certified with the Titleist Performance Institute this summer. Their comprehensive program is designed to help all of us whether golf is an occasional hobby or a profession play better, longer and without pain or injury. Through assessment, targeted treatment and coordination between golf pros, trainers (like me!) and physical therapists and other medical professionals, any player can achieve gains in their game.
